FSN's latest program, the CCS Family Centered Care Program assists CCS (California
Children's Services) families with emotional support, resources and access to services. In
addition, several CCS parents have been recruited to serve on a Parent Advisory
Committee. FSN provides trainings to all CCS staff, participates in the development and
review of CCS forms and letters, and conducts quarterly family surveys to ensure that
families are satisfied with the services they are receiving.
