This program allows FSN to provide items that a family cannot afford but are needed to
keep their child safely at home. We provide items such as cribs, strollers, diapers, high
chairs and specialized formulas to families who may have difficulty meeting their needs
because of poverty-level income or no income. Families must be referred by a nurse,
case manager or social worker. Families may not refer themselves for this program and
this is to ensure that only the neediest families are being served. A family can only access
the fund one time. However, we can provide food boxes and clothing for children more
than once. Gymboree provides children's clothing, while St. Vincent de Paul provides the
food boxes. FSN accepts any donations to this program as long as the items are in good
condition.
