1. How much does it cost for your services?
Nothing! All of our services are free with the exception of a $40.00 application fee for Camp
TLC.

2. Are you affiliated with the Regional Center?
No, we are an independent non-profit agency, however we collaborate and work with the
Regional Center on many of our programs.

3. Do you have more than one location?
No, our only office is our Placentia facility.

4. Are you a family resource center?
We are not an FRC, however we can provide similar services, including resources and
referrals for families.

5. Do you serve families who live outside of Orange County?
We typically do not serve families living outside of Orange County, however you can always
call our office and ask if you will qualify for our services.

6. Do you offer services in different languages?
Yes, many of our services are bilingual. Our Application Assistance Program, Mental Health
Outreach Program and Developmental Screenings are all available in English and Spanish.
Our NICU Parent-to-Parent Outreach Program is available in English, Spanish and
Vietnamese. We have full-time bilingual staff members who can answer questions and
assist families in English and Spanish.

7. How can I get a stroller, crib, clothing or food from your agency?
Our goal is to serve the neediest families and therefore we do not take unsolicited referrals
for our Emergency Needs Program. Please contact your Regional Center worker, public
health nurse, school nurse, social worker or case manager and have them give us a call.
