FSN recruits, trains and supports the parent partners providing emotional support and
information to the families participating in Wraparound services through the Orange County
Social Serivces Agency. The Wraparound program provides individualized, comprehensive,
community-based services to help children, who are placed at risk of placement in a group
home, live in family settings.
